Electronic Document Management with Infonic DM

Infonic DM is a Microsoft Windows based document management package that provides all the needed functionality at small-business prices. Whether you need document archiving or a full-fledged workflow system, Infonic DM provides a scalable solution for small-businesses.

Infonic DM operates exactly like a virtual filing cabinet. Documents are stored into folders and subfolders and are referenced by name or unique number. Infonic DM can handle any document in their native format, be it a scanned image, a Word document, an email or a PDF, to name a few.

Retrieval through gigabytes of information is done within seconds. Users can search by document reference (i.e. client name, invoice number) or within a document (i.e. show me all the documents containing the word “logistics.”)

Security is paramount; documents are encrypted and organisations implementing Infonic DM can decide what users can see or do to documents in Infonic DM.

Sorting Office
is ideal for high volume, distributed and complex document capture environments. Two versions are available, Sorting Office, which is ideal in environments with good network connections and Sorting Office Remote which minimizes network traffic and is ideal for distributed capture environment across slow network links. Sorting Office Remote can also be used as a standalone front end capture utility for integration with other systems. The modular structure of Sorting Office allows you to perform scanning and indexing on a single workstation or distribute it as a workflow process between multiple workstations and sites.

Infonic DM ERM
automatically captures, indexes and imports high volume computer-generated reports, without ever producing hard copy. ERM breaks the endless cycle of printing, storage and distribution of hard copy reports and documents. It reverses your rising print and administration costs, and releases scarce storage space. Typical documents processed by Infonic DM ERM include sales invoices, payroll runs, and remittance advice, and more.
